Description of the System
Where the money comes from
Advertisers and Promoters give away free products every day. You may have even seen the ads on the internet offering free plasma TVs and iPods, etc. And chances are every time you have seen these you have thought that they were scams. I did too, but now I know how it works and I know how to get the free products or cash that they are advertising.
The sites that offer the products are making money from the ads on their sites. The companies whose products these sites are promoting are paying the sites for every person who signs up for the offers. So in return these sites can offer prizes and money to people as an incentive to sign up for the products and make a profit for themselves. Even if the people that are referred only sign up for a trial and cancel, the site promoting the offer still gets paid for the referral. These sites promoting the products for companies are referred to as Incentivized Freebie Websites, or IFWs.

How it works
So this is where my system comes into play. This is not considered a scam or an immoral act in any way. It is rather a focused group of people putting into play a specific game plan to complete certain requirements of a certain process. These people all in turn get rewarded; no one is taking advantage of no one. Also no one is taking advantage of the IFWs by following this system because this is how the IFWs profit, by having people complete the requirements to get their special prizes whether it is a cash prize or an X-box 360 and so on.
This system is great because it's very straightforward. You complete sponsor offers for me or another person who is currently working on earning free gifts at one of the various IFWs, and in return the person you completing offers for will pay you for doing so. It doesn't get any simpler than that!
There is a large active community of people who already make money doing this like me and are as willing to pay you to complete offers for them as I am. The best part is that it is not one of those systems to make money which loses its value with the more people who learn about it. It is actually the opposite with this system.

What "Greens" are
When someone completes all the requirements and receives full credit for completing offers their status goes "green". So people that are paid to complete offers are called greens when they have completed the requirements of the site to get their credit. This coins the term, "getting paid to go green".

How the numbers add up
An example here would be someone who is trying to complete their offer for a PayPal cash prize of $200. The requirements of that offer are for them to refer 5 people. Now they can afford to pay each referral $20 to sign up and complete their requirements. So they pay $100 to get $200, and make a profit of $100.
These sites offer more than just cash prizes, they offer many different products. Let us look at an example of an X-box 360 as a prize. The user needs to refer 8 people to get the X-box 360 which is worth $400. He pays each referral $20 to sign up for a total of $200. Now he has paid half price for a product that he can keep or sell.
Some offers will require a small fee to sign up, or small shipping and handling charges. So the user has to take into consideration how much he is being paid to sign up at the site and complete offers and how much it he will spend on offers that are not free to get his credits. So let's take a look at an example of how much it would cost to get the credit on a site where there are no free offers available to receive the credits to fulfill the offer requirements. A user is getting paid $25 to complete offers and needs .50 credits. He needs to sign up for an offer that gives .25 credits for $1.95 and another .25 offer that costs $ 2.98 for shipping and handling fees. The user will spend a total of $4.93 to get paid $25. In business this is considered overhead. You pay a little to make more.

Becoming a Referrer
As you may have figured out by now, there's only so many offers that someone can sign up for. Once you sign up for an offer you can never sign up for that offer again, not even on another site. So eventually you cannot make money by completing offers for other people. What you do now is start referring people to come and complete offers for you.
The sites that you got paid to sign up at and to complete offers are going to start paying you to refer people for them just like you were referred. You have already completed their offer requirements when you signed up, now you just have to meet the referral requirements to get your gifts. You can keep doing this as many times as you can find people to refer to the site and complete offers for you. And you may have done figured out that this is even more profitable than the first step.
You have completed the processes and learnt how it all works. Now you can teach others to complete the process and sign up for offers as your referral. Now you just need to decide which prizes you want, and decide a fair price to pay your referrals to help you get them. The commonly fair method for paying out to your referrals is usually just a little less than half of your profit. If you make $500 for referring 7 people and pay them $30 each that is $210 spent to make $500. The math for that solution breaks down as so, $500 divided by the 7 referrals you need equals $70. You will want to pay each referral at least half or a little less of what your profit will be. $35 is half of $70, so paying a referral $30 to $35 is fair.

Getting Products instead of Cash Prizes
You might wonder why someone would want to get products for prizes when they could just get the money and buy what they want. Well there are two good answers. You can get the products for less than you would pay for them at a store. And the second reason is because not all sites offer cash prizes. But that is not a bad thing because the products they offer are very popular products that most people want. You can get the product and turn around and sell it for profit on a site like E-bay.

So how much can I make
The amount of money that you can make is only limited by how much time and effort and personal ability you can apply to the system. There is no limit to how much you can or cannot make. The more effort and time that you invest into the system the more potential for higher profits you will create.
